Is this per item purchased?

NO! We cannot stress this enough. If you go online today and buy 10 items, you are charged $1.50 one time. However, if you buy 10 items now and log off and get back online tomorrow or 4 hours later today and buy again, you will be charged $1.50 again. So, it is a one time per checkout fee.

Does it cost anything to sign-up?

No. During the sign-up process you'll provide information needed to establish an account. This will include your name, address, city, state and zip code. 

How can merchants sell things so inexpensively?

Every business represented at Missouri Bargains is a Double O Radio advertising partner. One way these partners can promote their businesses is to get their goods and services into the hands of new customers. These businesses, along with Missouri Bargains, work together to promote their goods and services on Double O Radio stations and get their products to you at a price that is too great to pass up!

What is an email alert?

If you are looking for an item that's out of stock, you can request an email alert when that item is added to the online inventory. For example, if you are looking for gasoline at 50% off and it's not available today, signing up allows you to receive an Email alert as soon as this item is added to Missouri Bargains. That way you will be the first to know about the items that interest you most!

What is Missouri Bargains?

Missouri Bargains is Central Missouri's new online shopping mall. It's where you can purchase goods and services from area merchants. And unlike other malls, there is no limit to the number of stores and the variety of things you can buy. Plus, every item or service is on sale every day!!

Do I have to Sign Up to bid on an auction item?

Yes.  If you have a Missouri Bargains User Name and Password, you're already Signed up!  If you don't, just click on the Sign Up link at the top of the page to register.  No purchase is necessary to sign up.

Is there a guarantee?

There is no expressed warranty or guarantee from Double O Radio or Missouribargains.com. Any warranty or guarantee is that of the manufacture

How do I find the vendor?

A map will be printed on the certificate showing the location of the business.

How do I view my account information?

When you log in to MissouriBargains.com your account is viewable. Simply use your Username and Password. There you can view your Account History, set Email Alerts, pay for auction items,etc.

What is the Fulfill Date on my Purchase History?

The Fulfill Date is the date the certificate was printed and mailed.

When will my merchandise be shipped?

The actual merchandise is not shipped to you. Typically, the next business day following your purchase, certificates are mailed from the Missouri Bargains offices to your shipping address. You present the certificate at the vendor's place of business for redemption.

How can I tell if your site is secure?

After you place items in your cart that you wish to purchase (and have finished shopping) you can click the "Check Out" button. Clicking the "Check Out" button takes you to our secure site. You can tell it is secure in two ways.

  1. The url changes to https://www.siteprosecure.com/wwwroot/com/missouribargains/www/index.cfm
  2.  A padlock will appear in your browser's status bar.

You will remain on the secure site through the end of your credit card transaction.  If you should encounter any difficulties with the checkout process, please let us know by emailing support.

 

Should I be concerned about site security?

Yes.  Your online experience at MissouriBargains.com is made possible by the ability of our site to accept your credit card as payment for the items your purchase.  At check out, you will be taken to our secure site.  This establishes a secure link between your browser and our server and allows you to submit your credit card information with confidence.

Where can I get answers to my technical questions?

If you are having any sort of problem with our Web site, you should contact Support. The email address is support@Missouribargains.com. The Missouri Bargains support team will respond promptly to our question and work with you to resolve your issue.

Do I have to login to buy an item?

Yes.  You can begin the purchase process without logging in.  However, when it's time to pay for your item you'll have to log in with your User Name and Password.  You'll be prompted to choose whether you're a returning customer or a new customer.  If you're a new customer, you'll be able to get a User Name and Password during the checkout process.

How do I get a Username and Password?

There are two ways to get a User Name and Password.

1. You can click on the Sign Up link at the top of any Missouri Bargains page. This will take you to the pages where you can establish an account. Part of that process is giving yourself a User Name and Password.

2. The second way is to simply purchase an item and select "I am a new customer" as you check out. You'll be presented with a form to complete. Within this form you will give yourself a User Name and Password. Jot them down so you can check on your account by clicking on the My Account link. On future visits to the site, you can Login by using your User Name and Password.
